Who, me?

To state the obvious, I’m Cat and I run

I’m not fast, in fact, I’d say I’m a pretty average runner.

Would I like to get faster? Yes. Do I dream of winning races the night before an event? Of course. Is speed and winning medals why I run? Absolutely not.

But that’s what running is about, right? Incredibly normal people doing incredibly un-normal things.
